Why Gen2 Dataflow for Board?

Im Gegensatz zu BMD, Rimo oder H3A wird Board nicht ueber eine Datenbank-Verbindung, sondern ueber eine HTTP-API angesprochen. Gen2 Dataflows sind dafuer ideal, weil sie:

  • Power Query mitbringen (REST-Connector, JSON-Parsing, Authentifizierung).
  • Low-Code sind — vorhandenes Power-Query-Wissen aus Power BI ist 1:1 nutzbar.
  • sich gut schedulen lassen und in das Bronze-Lakehouse schreiben.

Operational notes

  • Schedule: Der Refresh laeuft taeglich um 04:30 Uhr.
  • No transformations: Bronze-Standard — Tabelle so wie aus dem Board-API geliefert.
  • Access: Restricted to the Fabric team.
